I don’t normally take time out of my day to make reviews like this, but this place was genuinely SO GOOD. I found this place because I was craving sushi after a long hike, and I am so glad that I did! The atmosphere was so nice and the server was great. Our food was ready right away and not only was it presented well, but it tasted so good! They also have a variety of foods to choose from, which is great. We also usually don’t get dessert, but since my mother said the food was so good, we just had to! We had the creme brulee and it was a perfect amount for the five of us. Thank you for the welcoming experience, and I hope to come back one day:)
We came in to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered the poke bowl and edamame. The edamame was very good but a little greasy. The flavors were a little smokey and I love the lime squeezed over them. The poke bowl were just the right size. And the sauces used complemented every single bite. I also ordered the dragonista! Delicious! Ft strawberry and coconut. The strongest flavor was the coconut then the tequila. Never felt like I tasted the lychee or the strawberry. But I finished it! Lol can't wait to come.
Any restaurant that has a painting of Anthony Bourdain in it is a must try, and Rabin Social didn’t disappoint. We snuck in at sat at the bar where Amy took great care of us. Luckily for us you don’t need a reservation for the bar, but evidently you need one to be seated at a table as they had to turn some walk-ins away, so get yourself a reservation. They were out of several beers, but they were short staffed and it was a few days before Christmas so I can’t be mad about that. We had two awesome dishes, the bourbon chicken and fried rice and the crispy beef ramen. If we were in town longer I would have come back to try the other ramen, we both enjoyed it the best of the two. Do yourself a favor and go sit at the bar with Amy!
Oh man....stop what you are doing and go eat here...this place was incredible....the food was just amazing. Our waiter shared that there was a new and improved menu now. Sushi now and rice bowls plus some healthy meat entree choices. Drink menu was loaded with great options. Started with crab lagoon...so full of flavor..eat slow so you can enjoy every single morsel of crab. The bourbon chicken and fried rice had a bourbon teriyaki sauce with broccoli...out of this world flavor. My friend had the low mein and chicken...sauce was excellent and portion was so much she took some home. Prices were reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to eat outside and enjoy the vibes of Clayton. It was a wonderful eating experience. You have to go
We will definitely be back! The patio was the perfect outdoor eating with great shade. The food was phenomenal! The ramen was not our favorite, as it lacked flavor and spice. However, the sushi and bourbon teriyaki chicken was the best I’ve had! Already looking forward to coming back.
Update: We have been back multiple times since and brought people so they could try it out. Each time we have had a pleasant server, fantastic food and just a great experience all around. Don’t pass this place up! Husband and I went for the first time and will be back as often as we can! (We live a hour away) The atmosphere was fun, funky and super cozy. Everything we tried was fabulous. The cranberry spritz was delicious. The egg drop soup was easily the best we’ve ever had. Egg rolls were super crispy and flavorful. The vampire roll was very tasty and had the perfect amount of spice. Overall an excellent experience and we will be back!
My husband and I came to visit Clayton to hike for the weekend. We came to Rabun Social for dinner and everything was amazing. The people who work there all were very nice. Sarah was an awesome server she gave wonderful recommendations when we didn't know what to order cause so many things looked good. I got the Lemongrass Risotto and it is one of the best dishes I've had. The sushi was great as well. Plus we had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch dessert and yum.
Everything was really extraordinary. Service and atmosphere was fun and "Social!". Food came out quick and was just what I was looking for after hearing about this place from a friend. Already looking forward to coming back to try many other things that sounded wonderful on the menu. I enjoyed the lettuce chicken wrap, California roll and truffle fries. My daughter is going to love this place too! Bourbon chicken was a delicious lunch choice my 2nd visit.
